3 November 2010

SINGAPORE -- An incident in May 2010 at the Marina Bay Sands has resulted in a warning to the company from the CRA (Casino Regulatory Authority) , according to Today Online.

The incident involved a group of 15 people who, because the lifts were out of order, walked through the casino to exit a restaurant on the second floor, the report explained.

The diners refused pay the required $100 levy to enter the casino, the CRA criticized Marina Bay Sands for not informing the guests of alternative routes of exit, the Today Online report said.
