M Resort Spa Casino's brunch season kicks off

8 May 2023

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Brunch makes every Sunday a holiday, and Anthony’s Prime Rib & Seafood at M Resort Spa Casino is offering Anthony’s Sunday Brunch Buffet featuring the House of Rémy Martin from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This impressive brunch spread makes its debut just in time for an actual holiday, Mother’s Day, which is this Sunday, 14 May.

Anthony’s is a Wine Spectator Award-winning restaurant that offers a unique dining experience featuring an exhibition-style kitchen with impeccable food and service accompanied by outstanding views of the M Pool and Las Vegas Strip.

Start the meal with a Smoked Bloody Mary made with Port Charlotte Islay Single Malt and Homemade Mary Mix with a Salted Rim. Toast friends and family with Telmont Champagne, an award-winning, sustainable champagne house founded in 1912 that uses certified organic grapes harvested by hand.

Served buffet style, get started with the cold display for smoked Scottish salmon, imported cured meats & pâtés, imported and domestic cheese, grilled and marinated vegetables, sliced fresh fruit, yogurt and granola parfait, and sushi bar. If that were not enough, there is also caprese salad, pasta salad, build-your-own salad, and deviled eggs. Seafood lovers can indulge in snow crab legs, poached shrimp, and crab claws.

Next comes breakfast selections, including an egg and omelet station, eggs benedict, applewood smoked bacon, pork sausage, roasted fingerling potatoes, classic French toast, and breakfast pastries.

At Anthony’s there’s no need to choose between breakfast or lunch because guests can partake of both: soups include clam chowder and lobster bisque; a carving station offers roasted lamb Provençal, beef wellington, and prime rib roast; the hot display features grilled airline chicken breast, chicken fried steak, and roasted lobster tail. Other entrees include grilled salmon and asparagus, butternut squash ravioli, and gnocchi pomodoro.

End the meal with the decadent dessert station which features petite French pastries and banana bread pudding.

The cost for brunch is $99 per person plus tax, $49 plus tax for children ages 4 to 10, and children 3 and under are free. Anthony’s Sunday Brunch Buffet featuring the House of Rémy Martin is open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Book ahead for Mother's Day.
