30 May 2013

PALA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Following two previous sold-out performances, prolific stand-up comedian Lewis Black will return to Pala Casino Resort and Spa with his “The Rant is Due” tour on Saturday, October 26. Black, a playwright and author, came to national prominence in 1996 as a weekly contributor to The Daily Show on Comedy Central. That led to his own segment, “Back in Black,” which he performed with host Jon Stewart, and then four comedy specials on the network. He has since produced comedy specials for HBO, appeared as an actor in Hollywood movies and network television shows and as the voice of characters in animated movies and shows on the Cartoon Network.
