Lawsuit filed by cocktail servers settled

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- A discrimination lawsuit filed by cocktail servers against Resorts Casino Hotel has been settled, the Press of Atlantic City reported.

The lawsuit resulted from the casino introducing revealing 1920's "flapper" costumes as a work uniform for the women, the report explained.

No details of the resolution were given, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
