Justine Vineyards to host wine dinner at Pala's underground wine cave

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Justine Vineyards & Winery, the award-winning Pasa Robles, CA, vintner, will host a four-course dinner and wine pairing at 7:30 p.m., Friday, October 30, in the underground wine cave at Pala Casino Spa and Resort.

Reservations, $68 per person, may be made by calling 1-877-946-7252. Guests should ask to “book the wine dinner on October 30.”

The first course will be Big Eye Tuna Carpaccio with Ancho Chile Aioli, Avocado, Mango and Spicy Sinacha Caviar paired with Sauvignon Blanc. The second course will offer Roasted Filet of Chilean Sea Bass with Wasabi Potatoes, Ginger Consomme and Shellfish Dumplings with a Viognier followed by Wood Smoked Duck, a Muscovy Duck Breast with Oregon Cherries in Port Wine Syrup with Justification. The fourth course will offer Seared Prime Sirloin with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Fall Squash Crackling with a Red Wine Reduction served with Isosceles. Dessert will be Banana Cake with Crème Anglaise and Chocolate and an Obtuse wine.
