Judge rules Revel deal can be dismissed20 February 2015ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- A federal judge ruled today that Revel can ditch on its deal with Glenn Straub, the Press of Atlantic City reported. Late today the ruling was given in bankruptcy court even though Straub maintained he still wants to buy the property, the report said. Straub said he needed more time to finalize the deal and his lawyer said discussions are still ongoing between both parties, according to the Press of Atlantic City. |
