Judge dismisses Enterprise Rancheria lawsuits

CALIFORNIA -- Two lawsuits that challenged the Enterprise Rancheria casino have been thrown out by a judge, according to an Indianz report.

The plan is for an off-reservation casino which other tribes with casinos are opposed to, the report explained.

The tribe will still face further legal challenges in federal court, the Indianz report said.
