IP Casino Resort and Spa features the My2K Tour13 June 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- The "My2K Tour" featuring 98 Degrees, O-Town, Dream and Ryan Cabrera will bring the hits of the early 2000's to Studio A at IP Casino Resort and Spa on Friday, July 22 . Well-known as one of the original boy bands of the late 1990's, 98 Degrees' smooth harmonies can be heard on their love ballads "I Do," "Because of You," and more. In 1998, the band released the breakthrough album "98° and Rising," which went quadruple Platinum and featured several hit singles, plus the smash hit "The Hardest Thing." The group collaborated with pop diva Mariah Carey on her 2000 hit "Thank God I Found You." O-Town rose to fame in 2000 after being "built" on the hit reality show "Making the Band." The group went on to release the #1 singles "Liquid Dreams" and "All or Nothing," and their self-titled debut album hit Platinum status. Dream found huge success with 2000's smash hit "He Loves U Not," which peaked at #2 on the Billboard charts. Their 2001 album, "It Was All A Dream," was certified Platinum and the music video for their single, "This Is Me," reached #1 on MTV's "Total Request Live." The network retired the video after it spent several days at #1, and Dream became the first all-girl group to have a video retired from "Total Request Live's" video playlist. Ryan Cabrera was one of the most successful artists in the mid-2000's after his hit singles "On the Way Down" and "True" were both certified Gold. His 2004 album, "Take It All Away," climbed to #8 on the charts and also achieved Gold status. Cabrera continues to make new music and released the song "House on Fire" in 2015.
