Winners are chosen based on the depth of their wine offerings, which typically includes more than 350 selections from top producers in a wide range of winegrowing regions, multiple vintages, and a staff with a strong commitment to wine service. Only 1,704 are honored with this distinction globally. With over 740 wine labels from all over the world, from bold New World innovations to timeless Old-World classics, including exceptional wines from France, Italy, Spain, and Germany, thirty-two has a vintage to complement every meal. The eatery’s menu is both elevated and eclectic and includes dishes like Pappardelle Pasta, featuring fresh pasta, Amatriciana Sauce, house-made Italian sausage, caramelized spring onions, roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, whipped ricotta, garlic bread crumb, fresh basil and Pecorino; Butter and Thyme Roasted Lamb Loin, featuring roasted summer vegetable ratatouille, white bean purée and bone marrow bordelaises; American Wagyu Filet, featuring a cast iron seared, smoked chimichurri and garlic pommes frites and the Chef's Fish Selection, featuring daily sourced seafood pan fried, char broiled, sautéed or cast iron blackened. |
