IGT Wheel of Fortune and Megabucks slots award two jackpots

(PRESS RELEASE) -- International Game Technology PLC announced that its Wheel of Fortune and Megabucks slots awarded two life-changing jackpots in July.

Lucky slots players won the following jackpots last month:

  • On 7 July, a Megabucks slots player won $10,488,726 playing Megabucks Double Diamond Deluxe at Cannery Casino & Hotel in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • On 24 July, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,286,326 playing Wheel of Fortune Triple Red Hot 7’s at Michael Gaughan Airport Slots at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The $10.4 million-plus jackpot is Nevada's second largest Megabucks slots jackpot this year. On 2 April, a Megabucks slots player won $14,005,833 playing Megabucks Mega Vault at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa in Reno, Nevada, the city's largest jackpot to date.

Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,100 millionaires and awarded over $3.5 billion in jackpots since their launch in 1996.
