Hopes high for 150,000 daily visitors at Marina Bay Sands

INGAPORE -- Half the shops may only have been open on Monday, but yesterday was a different story at the new Marina Bay Sands resort in Singapore, Today online reported.

The new Manola Blahnik shoe store was in action along with several other new stores leading some visitors to compare it to Macau, the report said.

150,000 daily visitors are expected once the Marina Bay Sands is open in its entirety, Today online reported.
