Ho-Chunk wins appeal on video poker

WISCONSIN -- The Ho-Chunk Nation has won a federal appeal on video poker, the Jackson County Chronicle reported.

The court ruled that the tribe can include video poker in its game offerings, the report said.

A previous ruling had said the tribe must halt video poker because of their state gambling compact, according to Jackson County Chronicle report.
