Hawaiin resident hits $1 million jackpot playing IGT's Wheel of Fortune

(PRESS RELEASE) -- A Hawaiian resident turned a stay at Boyd Gaming’s Fremont Hotel & Casino into a $1,098,478 payday when she hit a giant jackpot on IGT’s Wheel of Fortune slot on Saturday, 23 November.

The player parlayed a $5 spin into the major prize at 8:50 p.m. Saturday evening playing IGT’s Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Gold Slots. The winner requested to remain anonymous.

This is the second life-changing jackpot scored by a Hawaiian resident visiting a Boyd Gaming downtown Las Vegas property in the last two months. On 7 October, a long-time Boyd Gaming customer from Hawaii hit a $930,000 jackpot at Main Street Station Casino Brewery and Hotel. The lucky player was staying just across the street at Boyd Gaming’s California Hotel & Casino.
