Harrah's Mulls More Atlantic City Hotel Rooms

NEW YORK – As reported by Reuters: "Harrah's Entertainment Inc.(NYSE:HET), the world's second-largest casino operator, is considering adding more hotel rooms in Atlantic City to meet burgeoning demand, Chief Executive Gary Loveman said on Tuesday.

"'We have been turning people away in the last couple of months,' Loveman said in an interview, commenting on the full houses in the New Jersey gambling haven.

"…Loveman said that the company was consider adding 1,000 to 2,000 new rooms at its Atlantic City properties, possibly announcing some projects this year and starting construction next year…"
