Hard Rock Casino in Lake Tahoe celebrates Labor Day30 August 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- The official end of the season commences during a three-day End of Summer Pool Social Labor Day Weekend, 31 August to 2 September. Free entry, music, food and drinks – all poolside – are the ideal way to send off summer in style. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Lake Tahoe continues the Rockin’ The Road Jeep Giveaway until the grand finale drawing 28 September. Guests will have a chance to win a Jeep with drawings on Wednesday and Saturday with entries earned all week long with bonus entries on Tuesdays. Guests can increase their chances of winning a Jeep by playing the Cash Cube. In addition to receiving a seat in the giveaway finale for the Jeep, Cash Cube participants will have the chance to win a share of $20,000 in cash and free play with drawings Sundays at 2 p.m. Events Sundays are for football with NFL Viewing Parties in Vinyl and multiple large-screen televisions showcasing each game. These parties are free to the public. The annual Fire Fest returns to Hard Rock’s parking lot, 21 September, to celebrate 25 years hosted by local fire agencies and to recognize National Fire Prevention Week. The event highlights the hard work of local safety agencies with an event that celebrates fire and life safety for all ages. Fire engines will be on display, as well as a Burn House Sprinkler demonstration and K-9/SWAT Team demonstration. Live music will fill the air every weekend with performances from local musicians 4 – 9 p.m. on Sundays and Fridays, and 1 – 7 p.m. on Saturdays. A DJ will spin into the night every Friday from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. and 7 p.m. – 1 a.m. every Saturday. The Hard Rock Poolside remains open throughout September with the option to rent cabanas and day bends. Open to the public and admission is free. DJ in Center Bar every Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. for a live DJ set. Free entry, 21+. Food and Beverage Promotions The Hard Rock is home base for football season with specials at Sports Central during NFL games: $3 domestic drafts, $4 shot feature of the day and non-domestic drafts or imports, and $5 Blood Mary’s. At Alpine Union the Hard Rock Breakfast includes two farm fresh eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon and toast for $7.95, Monday – Thursday, 7 – 9 a.m. The popular Choice Prime Rib Special also includes potatoes or vegetables daily at 1 p.m. for $19.99. The Park Prime Prix Fixe includes three courses for $60 per person and wine pairings with each course for just $20. Available Sunday – Thursday from 5 – 6 p.m. Fuel, the on-site coffee shop, offers a coffee at 50% off with the purchase of a sandwich or salad, Sunday – Thursday from 2 – 5 p.m. Gaming promotions The free Backstage Pass Rewards Club thanks loyal guests when they shop, play, dine and entertain at Hard Rock. Members sign up in person at the counter near the casino floor and Park Prime restaurant. The kiosk located outside of Alpine Union is where gamers swipe for current offerings. Members can earn benefits, points and perks with each purchase, including room discounts and priority service. Spinnin’ Reels Slot Tournament is every Thursday with registration at 3 p.m. and tournament play at 4 p.m. Earn 100 gaming base points to receive a printed tournament entry voucher from the kiosk and earn 200 gaming base points to play twice. The Thursday Throwdown Blackjack Tournament is weekly with registration at 2:30 p.m., tournament at 3 p.m. First place wins $500 in promo chips with a $15 cash buy-in and entrants receive $15 in match play for buying in.
