Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino continues yoga wellness series12 August 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino is excited to announce the return of its popular Full Moon Flow series at the Backyard at Green Valley Ranch. This complimentary series will feature Full Moon Flow Yoga, Guided Meditation, and a Sound Bath, providing a holistic wellness experience under the full moon. The series will take place on 22 August, 19, September and 17 October. The Fall iteration of Full Moon Flow will welcome participants of all levels to attend three sessions scheduled around the upcoming full moon cycles - the Sturgeon Moon, the Harvest Moon and the Hunter’s Moon. After embarking on a journey of self-discovery poolside, all attendees will enjoy special offerings including light bites from Borracha and Bottiglia along with a free weekday pass (or 50% weekend pass) to Green Valley Ranch’s main pool. Classes begin Tuesday, Aug. 22 and attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing. Guests must be 21 and older to attend. “It’s our pure intention to create an all-inclusive, free yoga event with good music, mindful movements, sound healing and positive energy that people can come out and enjoy!” said Full Moon Flow instructor Erika Trujillo. “Each class has a theme based on the lunar phase specific for each month and has music mixed to make each time feel like a night out with all the vibes to honor the celestial moon!” |
