Genting Singapore boosted by junket licensing

SINGAPORE -- Genting's shares rose 9 percent on the news that Singapore has licensed two casino junket operators, according to a Reuters report.

The junket operators will bring high rollers to Singapore casinos, the report explained.

Singapore currently has two casino-resort properties which the junket operators will serve, Reuters said.
