Galaxy will expand Cotai resort

COTAI, Macao -- Galaxy Entertainment Group has announced expansion plans for its Galaxy Macau resort, Bloomberg reported.

Under the $2.1 billion expansion plan the resort will double in size, the report said.

Phase 2 of the property will see 1,300 hotel rooms, 500 more gaming tables and luxury stores amongst its additions, Bloomberg reported.
