Fine for Singapore casino chip thief19 May 2010SINGAPORE -- A man accused of thieving casino chips from Marina Bay Sands was fined yesterday, Channel News Asia reported. A player who departed for another table left his chips behind and 33-year-old Wang Xing Rong removed them, the report said. Wang was fined S$2,000 for stealing the chips but could have faced up to three years in prison, the Channel News Asia report said. |
