Excalibur Joins VirtGame's Sports Bet Express

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- VirtGame Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: VGTI), a provider of innovative software solutions to the regulated gaming industry, announced today that the Excalibur Hotel and Casino, a property of the Mandalay Resort Group, has contracted to be included in VirtGame's Sports Bet Express.

Sports Bet Express is a private network established for sports wagering and is designed to permit players to remotely place bets on a variety of sporting events played around the world from licensed tavern locations throughout Nevada. Sports Bet Express is the first and only sports wagering route in Nevada.

Today's Agreement grants to VirtGame the exclusive right to integrate the Mandalay's sports book into VirtGame' Sports Bet Express system.

Using its proprietary networked software system, VirtGame brings players and casinos together through a network of sports wagering kiosks in licensed non-casino Nevada locations such as bars and taverns. Players log onto the kiosk to pull up their sports wagering account at their favorite casino and place bets, check scores and perform any number of functions remotely from non-casino licensed locations in Nevada such as bars and taverns.

Participating casinos extend their brand reach while allowing their players more frequent sports book access through an extended network throughout Nevada.

SBX customers will be able to open wagering accounts at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino and soon thereafter at Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the Edgewater Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, and Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Reno.

Mandalay Resort Group, one of Nevada's largest casino groups, owns and operates 11 properties throughout Nevada, including Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, Circus Circus, and Slots-A-Fun located in Las Vegas; Circus Circus in Reno; Colorado Belle and Edgewater located in Laughlin; Gold Strike and Nevada Landing in Jean; and, Railroad Pass in Henderson.

Additionally, Mandalay Resort Group owns and operates Gold Strike Hotel Casino in Tunica, Mississippi, owns a 50 percent interest and operates both the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas, and the Grand Victoria Riverboat in Elgin, Illinois.

Additionally, the Mandalay Resort Group has a 53.5% interest and operates Motor City Casino in Detroit, Michigan and possesses a 50 percent interest in Silver Legacy in Reno, Nevada.
