“The lifting of the curfew brings us one step closer to a sense of normalcy as we resume regular operating hours for our loyal guests. Capacity restrictions remain in effect at no more than 25 percent occupancy and masks are mandatory on premises at all times. Other safety measures , which are part of MGM Resorts’ company wide Seven-Point Safety Plan, include temperature checks of all guests and employees, social distancing throughout the casino floor, hand-washing and sanitation stations throughout the property, and more.

While Empire City Casino will operate daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m , on-site restaurants The Pub and Empire City Chophouse will continue to operate with limited hours 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights in accordance with restrictions. The Big Kitchen Food Court will be open 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Per state guidelines, no food or beverage is allowed on the casino floor. Lil’ Cocina and bars on property remain closed.

Live harness racing takes place at the historic Yonkers Raceway Monday through Friday with a nightly post time of 7:15 p.m. State regulations continue to require races to be run without fans in attendance, with only essential personnel and owners permitted on the track and required to adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
