Dick Fox's Golden Boys to perform at IP Casino Resort and Spa13 June 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- "Dick Fox's Golden Boys" brings the nostalgic hits of the '50s and '60s to Studio A at IP Casino Resort and Spa on Friday, July 15. Starring teen idols Frankie Avalon, Bobby Rydell and Fabian Forte, Golden Boys takes audience members on a trip down memory lane as the trio performs their most memorable songs. Produced by the critically acclaimed Dick Fox, the group has been performing together since 1985. Avalon's legendary career began in 1958 after he released his first single, "De De Dinah." He went on to record numerous hits over the years, including "Venus" and "Bobby Sox to Stockings." Rydell is known for both his contributions to music and to the big screen, with smash hits "Wild One" and "Volare" and an appearance in the films "Bye Bye Birdie." Rydell was also known for his appearances on "The Red Skelton Show" and "American Bandstand." Forte, the youngest of the group, had 11 singles that hit the Billboard Hot 100 charts, including "Turn Me Loose" and "Tiger." Showtime is 8 p.m. Doors open one hour prior to the show. Tickets start at $45 plus tax and convenience fees. Tickets are available online at the IP Casino Resort and Spa website or at the Ticketmaster website. Advanced purchase tickets must be picked up at the Box Office the day of the show starting at 1 p.m. Guests must be 21 or older to attend the show. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. |
