Daily Progressive High Hand Jackpots to continue in July at Pala

PALA. California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Southern California poker players can win more cash in July at Pala Casino Resort and Spa when the Poker Room continues its new Pala High Hand Jackpots promotion and sponsors a $5,000 Guaranteed Independence Day Tournament at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, July 4. A $500 All In or Fold’em Free Roll will continue at 7 p.m. each Tuesday, July 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 and two $50 Aces Cracked bonuses will be paid each hour from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. each Saturday and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. each Sunday. If no one hits, the Aces Cracked cash will roll over to the next hour.

In addition to live play, other special tournaments in July will include: Daily Morning $1,000 Guaranteed at 11:15 a.m. Monday through Friday; $2,000 Guaranteed at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 14 and 21; 11:15 a.m. each Sunday and at 7 p.m. each Friday; $2,500 Guaranteed at 7 p.m. each Thursday, and Special Deep Stack at noon Saturday, July 7 and July 28.

The Pala Progressive High Hand Jackpot will have a total of $10,000 and will be in play 24 hours daily starting at 12:01 a.m. July 1. Each day, $25 will be added to these qualifying hands: Spade Royal Flush $500; Heart Royal Flush $500; Diamond Royal Flush, $500; Club Royal Flush $500; Spade Straight Flush $200; Heart Straight Flush $200; Diamond Straight Flush $200; Club Straight Flush $200; Four-of-a-Kind $100.

The Independence Day Tournament entry fee will be $65 + $15 and each player will start with $5,000 in chips. There will be an optional $5 staff bonus buy for an additional $1,000 in chips. Blinds will be 20 minutes and there will be a $5,000 guarantee. Late and re-entries will be allowed for five blind levels.

The Daily Morning $1,000 Guaranteed Tournaments will be played at 11:15 a.m. Monday through Friday, except July 4. Entry will be $25 and each player will start with $2,000 in chips. There will be a $5 optional staff bonus buy for an additional $1,000 in chips. Late and re-entries will be allowed for three blind levels.

The $2,000 Guaranteed Tournaments will be played at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, July 14 and 21; 11:15 a.m. each Sunday, and at 7 p.m. each Friday. Entry will be $35 +$5 and players will start with $2,000 in chips. There will be an additional $5 staff bonus buy for an additional $1,000 in chips. Late and re-entries will be allowed for three blind levels.

The $2,500 Guaranteed Tournaments will be played at 7 p.m. each Thursday. Entry will be $45 + $15 and each player will start with $2,000 in chips. There will be one $20 re-buy for an additional $3,000 in chips during the first three levels. There will be one $40 add-on for an additional $6,000 in chips during the break after the third blind level. And there will be a $5 optional staff bonus buy for an additional $1,000 in chips. Blind rounds will be 20 minutes for the first three levels and 15 minutes thereafter.

Special Deep Stack tournaments will be played at noon Saturday, July 7 and 28. The entry will be $100 + $25 and each player will start with $15,000 in chips. There will be a $10 staff bonus buy for an additional $5,000 in chips. There will be an estimated $20,000 prize pool and blinds will be 25 minutes. Late entries will be allowed until the third blind level.
