The Thursday night series continues 7 December with Chris Strait and Alex Kaufman, with Jeff Capri and Yang Vigilan carrying the laughs into the new year on 4 January. “As we continue to celebrate our 30th anniversary of operation, we wanted to spread even more joy to our valued customers by welcoming some of today’s top comedic talent to the Nighthawk stage,” says Laura Penney, CEO, Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel. “Everyone can use a little extra laughter these days, and we’re happy to offer it to stand-up fans at no charge. It’s a great way to start a long weekend staying and playing with us.” Daran Howard’s wit and energy makes him a fan favorite in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and military bases worldwide. He’s a regular in cruise ship lounges and has shared the stage with Kevin Hart, Ali Wong, Chris Rock , Matt Iseman, Chelsea Handler and the Late Bernie Mac. A native of Tennessee, Howard got his start while studying theater in North Carolina and working as a bartender in comedy clubs, observing and making note of how they honed their talents. Inspired by such classic comics as Richard Pryor, Jerry Seinfeld, and D.L. Hughley. Howard eventually moved to Chicago, where he began hosting comedy shows and eventually started the popular Laughfest Comedy Tour. He lives in Los Angeles. Based in Montana, Lynn Solomon is a longtime favorite on the stand-up circuit. She’s also an actress with roles in “God’s Country” and “Ooze” to her credit. Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel is a tribally owned property that is a 50-minute drive from Spokane International Airport. Along with live entertainment, the resort offers 300 guest rooms and 14 suites, more than 40,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, and the tranquil Spa Ssakwa’q’n, one of the largest in the Inland Northwest at 15,000 square feet.
