He is a regular visitor at the casino and a cardholder in its membership program. He bet $32 to win the massive payout. “We have been paying out more jackpots during the last few years, and this massive win illuminates how spectacular the payouts can be,” said Michelle Whaley, Director of Video Gaming at Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel.
