Churchill moves to three-day entry schedule

KENTUCKY – As reported by the Business First: "Churchill Downs now will accept race entries three days prior to races, instead of the usual two days in advance.

"Churchill has used the three-day entry rule for the Kentucky Derby for the past several years, but now it will extend the rule to all race meets, according to a news release. The change will begin with the Fall Meet, which runs Oct. 29 to Nov. 25…"
