Casino Manager Charged with Embezzlement

OKLAHOMA – As reported by the Pryor Daily Times: "The manager of electronic gaming for the Cherokee Nation Casino in Catoosa has been charged with embezzlement, according to a statement from the U. S. Department of Justice in Tulsa.

"Dudley Jim Waller, 42, of Preston, is charged with taking more than $50,000 between November 2003 and May 2004.

"…Waller is accused of filing a series of false documents called 'Refund Forms' to the casino cashier for cash payments or credits purportedly to repay customers who lost money due to malfunctioning gaming machines…"
