Boomtown's $75,000 Diamond Giveaway Bedecks Winners With Dazzling Jewelry

ENO, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Boomtown Casino and Hotel Reno's $75,000 Diamond Giveaway has just awarded dazzling Hearts on Fire and other diamond jewelry in the grand prize drawing.

Andy Young of Wilton, CA was bedazzled by the grand prize $21,750 yellow diamond ring. "My sister works at a jewelry store. She wanted me to buy a ring there, but I told her I was going to Boomtown to win one!" Andy's guest, Marilyn Batchelor, said.

Redway, CA retiree Dennis Finley, Sr.'s first thought was "wow" when he was announced as the winner of Scott Kay platinum earrings valued at $11,420. A $9,350 Hearts on Fire diamond earring and pendent set also bedazzled third-place winner Jerry Hart of Grass Valley, CA. Boomtown regular Joan Scotto of Antioch, CA won the Hearts on Fire 18-karat white gold ring valued at $5,060. Another regular, Donald Helton of Reno, Nev., received an 18-inch pearl necklace. Disbelief took winner Laurie Antuzzi of Newcastle, CA when she was announced as winner of a blue sapphire diamond ring, pendant and earring set. William Baldwin of Yreka, CA took home the 14-karat gold ruby and diamond earring ensemble, and Annette Smith of Penn Valley, CA was awarded a ladies' ideal cut diamond ring.
