Affinity Gaming casinos will remain closed until 30 April2 April 2020Affinity Gaming announced today that its casino properties will remain closed until 30 April. Properties include: Primm Valley Resort and Casino, Rail City Casino, Whiskey Pete's Hotel and Casino, Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino and Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino in Nevada, Lakeside Hotel Casino in Iowa, and Mark Twain Casino and St. Jo Frontier Casino in Missouri.
