Where can I buy a used keno machine?

Where can I buy a used multi-card keno machine (IGT)... is someone selling
these, or do you have to go through IGT?
Used machines are available from many companies. Search for "used slot machines" in your favorite search engine. I haven't purchased a machine myself, so I can't recommend a company for that specific purpose.
Be aware that each state has its own rules for which machines can be legally owned by its residents. Some states allow all machines, some prohibit all machines, some require that the machines be of a certain age. Any reputable company will help you determine if the machine you want to buy is legal to own in your home state.
Best of luck in and out of the casinos,
John
