If a player has a Harrah's Total Rewards card, he/she can generate a win/loss statement directly from their website -- no need to call anyone as you suggest.

Thanks for the info. Some companies make it very easy for players to get win/loss statements. But I've heard from other players who say their casinos don't seem to have a process in place to handle their requests.
Players should always keep their own win/loss diaries for tax purposes and not rely on statements from their casinos.
