I need to get a win/loss statement from Bally's Casino and Resort in Robinsonville, Ms. How can I do this?
Just call the number on the back of your player's card. Tell the representative that you would like a win/loss statement sent to you. If the representative can't process your request, he or she will transfer you to someone who can.
Alternatively, if you visit the casino often, you can also drop by the slot club booth to request the statement. The representative there might even be able to print out the statement for you right away.
