No, it makes no difference which numbers you choose on video keno. Before the draw, each number is equally likely to be drawn, so it doesn't matter what you choose.

I was originally going to answer, jokingly, no and yes. Before the draw, your choices don't matter. But after the draw, your choices do matter because if you had chosen more of the numbers drawn, you would have won more money.

But, of course, I'm joking. You have to make your choices before the numbers are drawn and you have no useful information about which numbers will be drawn — unless you can travel into the future.
