One of the best seminars at this year's World Gaming Congress, held in September in Las Vegas, was casino marketing guru Dennis Conrad's The Best and Worst Casino Promotions. You may not know his name, but you have experienced the results of his work. Dennis and his associates at Raving Consulting have implemented a slot club at Windsor Raceway in Ontario, doubled the number of participants in All Sport Entertainment's Fantasy Football contest, redesigned the casino floor at Circus Circus Reno, and assisted Mirage Resorts in opening Beau Rivage, in Biloxi, Mississippi--to name just a few of their many projects. Dennis read an original poem about casino marketing at the end of his seminar. Dennis gave permission to post the poem on Frank Scoblete's Gaming Pages.
