Let me start off by saying I love your articles. I don't really play slots, but I share all the information that I get from you with my relatives that love the one-armed bandits.

Here is my question: Does the amount of money put in a machine affect when it will pay off, or does the RNG determine the payoff?

Some of my relatives have a theory that they will have a better chance of winning if they play the slots after midnight on a Saturday after hundreds of slot patrons have loaded the machines.

Thanks for the kind words about my articles.

The RNG determines the outcome of a spin and the RNG doesn't care how much money has been put into a machine.

Your chances of winning are the same, regardless of whether you play during the Saturday evening peak or during the after midnight lull.
