Dear Ray: The games at an online casino use a Random Number Generator (RNG) too. The RNG is just a mathematical formula in the program running a slot machine. The program in the machine uses the number generated by the RNG to figure out which symbols should appear on the reels when they stop. The slot program at an online casino is pretty much the same as the program in a physical slot machine, but instead of spinning real reels, it spins reels on your computer screen. The online casino's program also needs to know where to stop its reels, and it uses an RNG too. Best of luck in and out of the casinos!
