21 & Fun1 November 2007
21 & Fun is one of the many skill games presented by King Solomons (http://kingsolomons.tv/kingsolomons/). It is based on the rules of blackjack. The object of the game is to create as many combinations of cards that add up to 21 in a limited period of time. The game begins with a deck of cards that are flipped over one by one. The player has four different lanes to distribute the cards into with the goal of trying to make combinations of 21. Five cards in one lane totaling less than 21 are considered the equivalent of 21. For each hand of 21 the player forms, he receives points indicated on the "Point Bar," located on the left hand side of the screen, multiplied by the "Streak Multiplier," which is indicated on the right side. The "Streak Multiplier" goes up each time you make a combination of 21, but falls to zero every time you have a lane "bust out" and go over 21. The game consists of two rounds. The first round lasts two minutes and if you go through you're entire deck before time runs out, you move on to the second round, which lasts one minute. If you have cards remaining in your deck in either round when time runs out, the game is over. There is also an assortment of bonus points that can be obtained in both rounds. Getting through the allotted two minutes in the first round is relatively easy, so this is where you want to take your time and make as many hands of 21 as you can in order to accumulate bonus points. The pace picks up in the second round, however, where it's much more difficult to get through the entire deck in just one minute. If, after playing the game for "free" in the "practice play" mode, you feel you're ready to put money on the line, King Solomons has simple deposit methods. And because this is a "skill game," U.S. players can join in on the fun. Head-to-head match-ups can be found in the players' lobby as well as five and four-player games. The lobby also offers progressive tournaments that span over three days. Related Links
