YouTube will allow "licensed entities located in England, Scotland, Wales, Italy, France or Spain" to run online gambling advertisements on YouTube videos, according to new ad guidelines posted to its site.

California Indian tribe rejects online gaming legislation22 June 2010
The Morongo Band of Mission Indians, who have been outspoken in their support of online poker legislation in California, surprisingly rejected a proposal by state Sen. Roderick Wright that would legalize the practice in the state, according to the Desert Sun.

France issues 17 online gambling licenses9 June 2010
After months of anticipation and speculation, the French government issued 17 online gambling licenses to 11 different operators Tuesday.
The companies will be allowed to conduct online betting on sports, horse racing and poker.

Harrah's Entertainment is attempting to sell the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, according to a report from Bloomberg. The report says the value of the off-Strip property is around $500 million.
