Down on the GULF COAST where the rebuilding is picking up, HARRAH'S has announced it will invest more than $1 billion to build two casinos, so Biloxi Mayor A.J. Holloway says. He also predicts the city's economy will be up to speed in about three years. Harrah's will have its two casinos built on the north and south side of Beach Boulevard and will give new names to them. How about Harrah's and Horseshoe? Just a guess. While that rebuilding will take some time, Harrah's is apparently going to open a temp casino at its BAYVIEW HOTELlater this year.
