Towbin Motorcars buys Penske Wynn Ferrari/Maserati dealership

Towbin Motorcars of Las Vegas has purchased the Penske Wynn Ferrari/Maserati dealership and relocated it to the Towbin Motorcars flagship dealership at 5550 W. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas, officials said Wednesday.

The move will formally incorporate the Ferrari and Maserati brands with Towbin's existing Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Bentley luxury lines.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In the acquisition, 15 Penske-Wynn dealership employees were brought on by Towbin Motorcars Las Vegas, which has increased its staff to 44 employees.

The Penske Wynn Ferrari/Maserati dealership operated at Wynn Las Vegas for the past 10 years, offering visitors and patrons a look at Ferrari and Maserati vehicles offered for sale.

"We are excited to now provide our customers with five of the world's most sought-after, high-end luxury automotive brands under one roof," Carolynn Towbin, chairwoman, said in a statement.
