Did You Know? Carlos Mortensen, the 2001 WSOP Main Event champion, was this year's Main Event final table bubble boy, finishing in 10th place. The last Main Event champion to return to the Main Event final table was 1995 champion Dan Harrington, who was fourth in 2004 and third in 2003. Scotty Nguyen was 11th in 2007.
