Zone4Play Sings Deal with Bluestreak

26 August 2004

WILMINGTON, Delaware – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Zone4Play. (OTCBB: ZFPI), a leading developer and provider of multi-platform interactive game applications and solutions, announced today that it has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with Bluestreak Technology Inc., who will introduce Zone4Play's iTV game packages to cable operators deploying the Bluestreak interactive TV platform.

Bluestreak's interactive TV platform DEM(TM) - Digital Entertainment Middleware- gives cable operators the ability to provide superior functionality without the need for expensive backend or client-side upgrades. DEM-enabled applications include advanced games with superior graphics, personalized interactive content and programming, email and online chat capabilities, and onscreen play-along and enhanced TV applications.

Bluestreak has already signed major digital cable licensing agreements to bring DEM technology into millions of North American households. Time Warner Cable is the first cable operator to launch Bluestreak's DEM in the United States. Time Warner Cable owns and manages cable systems serving 10.9 million subscribers in 27 states.

Bluestreak will introduce Zone4Play's iTV game packages to cable operators deploying the Bluestreak interactive TV platform consisting of 4 different packages: play-for-fun casino games package, a multi-player package (including the first ever deployment on TV of multi-player Texas Hold'em Poker), skill games package (based on an exclusive agreement with Game Universe's Skill Jam) and Slingo package (based on the games of the #1 stickiest gaming site on the Internet).

Zone4Play's iTV packages have already been deployed on 8 different TV platforms around the world. Lately, the company has penetrated into the American market with deployments on Cablevision and Lodgenet.

Gil Arbel, VP Business Development of Zone4Play, commented, " We are proud that Bluestreak has chosen to market and distribute our suite of game applications to cable operators deciding to deploy its exciting DEM iTV enabling platform. We look forward to leveraging their relationships to vastly expand the universe of subscribers of our iTV games."
