The news appears to have broadsided those involved, and stunned the Mayor, who recently met Wynn about drawings, the report said. The news came in a simple two paragraph press release on Thursday afternoon. The change of heart was seemingly nothing to do with the city and was connected to the "actual transaction" the Mayor said, in the Philadephia Inquirer report. |
