WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF ONLINE POKER STATS: PAST AND PRESENT $500,000,000 Total all-time WCOOP prize money that is expected to be surpassed this championship. $449,680,133 Total amount of money won to date across 487 events. $45,000,000 Guaranteed prize pool for the 2015 World Championship of Online Poker. $12,215,000 Record prize pool for a WCOOP event, which occurred in the 2010 WCOOP Main Event when 2,443 players registered for the $5,200 buy-in tournament. $2,278,097.50 Record first prize won by Tyson ‘POTTERPOKER’ Marks in the 2010 WCOOP Main Event – still the largest individual tournament prize in online poker history. 1,000,000 Total all-time number of WCOOP entrants that is expected to be surpassed this championship. $51,000 Biggest ever buy-in for an online poker tournament, which will take place on September 20, 2015 at 12.30 ET. 500th WCOOP event milestone that will take place on September 9 at 14.00 ET.
