Woman Sentence for Role in Casino Robbery

MONTANA – As reported by the Billings Gazette: "A Billings woman was sentenced Thursday to eight years in the Montana Women's Prison for her role in a casino robbery last spring.

"Kristie A. Clawson, 23, sobbed as District Judge Gregory Todd imposed the sentence. Defense attorney Robert Kelleher asked for leniency because Clawson's 4-year-old son would suffer during a lengthy separation from his mother
