Woman Attacked in Casino Washroom

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation: "ACT police are expecting to charge a Queanbeyan man with attempted murder after a stabbing at Canberra casino last night.

"A 50-year-old New Zealand woman was followed into the casino toilets where a man allegedly tried to rob her.

"She suffered stab wounds to the stomach and a broken leg and remains in a satisfactory condition at Canberra Hospital.
