Wisconsin Lottery to Drop TV Promotions

MADISON, Wisconsin – As reported by the Associated Press: "Wisconsin Lottery officials said Monday they will no longer broadcast nightly drawings live on television and will stop producing a weekly game show that had aired for more than a decade.

"…The lottery's annual $350,000 contract to air the drawings and the game show, called Super Money Game, ends Dec. 31. The costs of both, including $2 million a year for prizes on the game show, are covered by lottery ticket sales, lottery spokesman Andrew Bohage said..."
