William Hill's "Three 'N Out" college basketball contest returns5 March 2014(PRESS RELEASE) -- Teams in the upcoming men’s college basketball tournament will be faced with a win-or-go-home scenario each time they hit the court. The Three ‘N Out elimination contest offered by William Hill Sportsbook & Racebook during the championship tournament is far more forgiving to its players. After a very popular debut last March, William Hill’s Three ‘N Out Contest returns with a guaranteed prize pool of $25,000. Each entry costs $25. Players will pick one side or total during each day of the tournament. If the pick wins, that entry moves on to the next day. Once an entry has lost three times, it is eliminated. Players can purchase a maximum of ten entries which will essentially give them 30 lifelines throughout the tournament. The contest will start on Thursday, March 20, 2014, and will last until there is either one entry remaining, or through the national championship game on Monday, April 7, 2014. The deadline for entry is by tip-off of the final game on March 20. Players may register their entries at any of the 77 full-service William Hill books throughout Nevada. Picks may be submitted at those locations or at any William Hill Sports Kiosk. Players can view a full list of locations for both registering and submitting their entries and contest rules at www.williamhill.us. If the total amount of entry fees collected exceeds $25,000, then 80% of the additional entry fees will be added to the grand prize money. “The Three ‘N Out contest offers a great way to enjoy one of the year’s best sporting events, and unlike with a busted bracket – surviving players get a fresh start each day with the full slate of games to pick from,” said Director of Marketing Michael Grodsky. “Our players really enjoyed this contest last year and we are very excited to bring it back to our 100 Sports Books throughout Nevada.”
