William B's Steakhouse at Blue Chip Casino receives award of excellence13 November 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- For the second year, William B's Steakhouse at Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa in Michigan City, Indiana, has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, given by the magazine to recognize a well-curated list of quality selections that will satisfy discerning wine enthusiasts. One of only a handful of NW Indiana restaurants to receive the award, William B's features prime steak, seafood and fresh pastas, all prepared with Midwestern flair. William B's now offers a selection of 105 wines from California as well as Spain, France, Italy and South America. "Our wine list beautifully complements the classic Midwestern steakhouse menu at William B's," says Patrick Cullars, Blue Chip's Restaurant Manager and Sommelier, who in 2018 will be taking the second of four tests for Master Sommelier Certification by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
