Whiskey Rose nightclub to open March 4 at IP Casino Resort and Spa

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Whiskey Rose, the Gulf Coast’s newest country night club, will open March 4 at IP Casino Resort and Spa. Headlining its debut night is Craig Wayne Boyd, Season 7 winner of NBC’s reality TV singing competition, “The Voice.”

Whiskey Rose is located in studio b, and will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights beginning at 8 p.m. The exciting new country-minded night club will offer a modern country entertainment experience with live country artist performances and video DJs. If you’re looking to scoot your boots on the Gulf Coast, then Whiskey Rose is the perfect destination to enjoy drinks and dancing.

Craig Wayne Boyd is an all-American country artist from Dallas, Tex. After participating on Blake Shelton’s team on “The Voice” and being named the season winner, Boyd has shared the stage with country rockers Brantley Gilbert, Randy Houser, and Jamey Johnson. His music is described as being dynamic and charismatic, rooted in the southern tradition of country music then topped with a rebellious flair. Boyd’s debut album “Music Row Girl” was produced by Grammy-nominated producer/songwriter Arlis Albritton.

Boyd’s show on March 4 begins at 9 p.m. Doors open one hour prior to the show. Tickets are $10 plus tax and fees. Tickets can also be purchased at Essentials Gift shop daily and at the IP Box Office on show nights from 1 p.m. through 9 p.m. Tickets are also available for purchase at the door of Whiskey Rose starting at 8 p.m. on the night of the show. Guests must be 21 or older to attend the show. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Subject to change or cancellation. Management reserves all rights.
